Ok, cure me please: SPIDERS!
First topic message reminder :
Don't know of it's the curse of this place and that bloody thread About spiders, but over the last few days I've had massive spiders in my house.
They freak me out!!!!
Why are they coming in?
Why are they so freaking big?
What am I so scared of?
HOW CAN I STOP BEING SO FREAKED OUT????
There's no point telling me I'm bigger than them blah blah, there's no point (sassy) telling me they catch flies blah blah or even that they spin little cute webs and make orphans blankets.
I don't care.
I hate them and they freak me out.
Any one got any good cures for me? Please??

I can let you have a couple of hundred of those really fragile looking long legged spiders, that form huge untidy webs, I'm told they are good, Ithink someone on here said so, they kill and eat all sorts of bugs and the big spiders. Personally I'll take the big house spiders that I only see rarely. The little ones are all over my basement, only turn your back and there's a new web, get rid of them and they are back next day.

Re: Ok, cure me please: SPIDERS!
The spiders are monsters this year - my mum has phoned me a few times to go and rescue her lol.
Honestly they're getting bigger and uglier .
I sleep with a king size mosquito net over the bed I just can't sleep knowing they might crawl on me . I was in bed a few years back and a huge spider crawled on my shoulder onto the pillow and on the bed I had a panic attack i was shaken- might sound pathetic to some but I just can't bare them they're so ugly and make me feel panicky .
I have to kill them its no good .
sorry to all you spider lovers

Pholcidae or Cellar spiders. They're all over the place. I'm sure there never used to be that many.

I went to pick up this big, dark young Huntsman last night to lift it up and put it outside...
You peep's should have seen how fast it scuttled down the hallway and out of sight..
It was sprinting !!!

Just think about that little defenseless spider that might live because of what you did tonight. Maybe he/she's out there killing mosquitoes for you now. You never know.
