Well, let's hope he signs up for a double dose then, to prove to everyone how good it is.
It would be very interesting indeed to know whether HF takes, or continues to sell, selenium supplements in light of the evidence provided by Harvard.
oops lose the debate did you ...lol
just admit you think you are so super intelligent that you can decide for the world what they should and shouldn't know and that will be that...
Classic forum tactic -- declare yourself the "winner" despite the facts. I imagine your next move is either to abandon this thread or delete your account altogether? That's the classic pattern.
No, HF, here's what happened. You posted an article that says, "Selenium supplements can prevent or even cure cancer! Oh, and here's a handy link to Amazon where you can buy some!" And I showed evidence from Harvard that proves that selenium can increase the risk of cancer.
You may not care that you're advocating people take something that increases the risk of cancer, but I do and I want anybody looking at this to see what Harvard University has to say about its real-life trials.
So sure -- you "win."
Can I call it, or what? 12:56 -- HF declares himself the winner. Less than two hours later -- account deleted.

Shut the hell up. We were trying to stop him promoting something that CAUSES cancer. Someone might have thought he knew what he was talking about and taken the bloody stuff.

Sorry FTL, I did lose my temper with them, but I just think this promotion of a supplement that actually can cause cancer, as a cancer cure, is reprehensible.

No, I wished him to test what he wanted other people to use. If it upsets you I don't give a damn. Him trying to get people to take face 'cures' that give them cancer is a lot more important.

Absolutely no need to apologise, especially to someone who didn't get the point about him trying to get people to take something that causes cancer.

Re: excellent natural preventative, even cure for prostate cancer
I was wishing him the opportunity to try out the 'cures' he was promoting if he got cancer. Frankly, after all the promoting of said 'cures' he has done over the years, I don't think he should be allowed anything else if he gets it. Because he has said that in his 'church' he has got people to take his 'cures' and come off their chemo, so he deserves everything he gets and more besides.

What he does it more that not 'nice', it's evil. And if you can't see that there is something wrong with you.
