Post by Guest Mon Apr 07, 2014 8:59 pm

First topic message reminder :

Just thought I would write this as I think Bee is a very underrated poster.

I know he has his faults like the rest of us, but Bee is good , harmless lad...

We've argued a wee bit in the past, but Bee's heart is in the right place..he's not a bitter person and I think is the those who would wish you well for something or be happy you if you archived something...that kind of thing.

I'm sure some won't agree with this thread but Bee only gibes back what he gets, and has a great back for sussing people out....

Come on guys..he's a guy I would sit down and have a blether with if I knew him in RL..and ok he is a bit eccentric, but Bee....we luv ya buddy!! cheers cheers

FTL never fought...in fact, she detested it. Sassy was always nasty to her, so I expect that had something to do with her going.

I'm sorry...I will miss her.

My Quill, what does that make you, as you are older than me and remember Suez lol

You won't find a post from me to FTL for months, so that's you, flat on your face again.

BTW, hadn't you better go and keep Charlize Therzon's body double happy?   Although of course, Charlize is pictured in all the celebrity magazines with her body doubles, and funnily enough, none of them has the name you said.   Then of course, a 40 year age gap would be a lot to keep up with.  ::D::

Quill is always saying that his girlfriend in Charlize Therzon's body double and has to go away filming all the time and that her name is Becky.   Any of the celebrity magazines have pictures of her with her body doubles, and their names are not Becky and they are all in their late 20s/early 30s and Quill is older than me.  He said on Speak he remember the Suez Crisis, I said I had a vague recollection while I was just at senior school. Sorry, but he's a right Walter Mitty.

Of course Quill, Rubber Dolly springs to mind.

As you can see, I look nothing like that.   And your lap dog can confirm that it is me, it was taken in her front room.

BTW, nice twist, no attack on Charlize Theron's body double, it was your sense of self aggrandisement that I was commenting on, and your perpetual need to 'big yourself up'.   Really sad in an old gentleman.   Well, I use 'gentleman' very loosely of course.

PS, don't forget you told other forums that was her name.

I don't know wth fook you are talking about. Becky has been with me for several forums. She does not participate and it is interesting that you want to make a non-participant a victim. Old habits, perhaps Sassy? Can't hold your water?

You’re only victim in this would be you’re alleged girlfriend who must surely have to be one of the body doubles featured.
You introduced her and you would be disrespecting one of those girls by quite brazenly telling everyone on SF that you get her to put her mobile phone on vibrate and push it down the front of her pants so that you can call her number to give her a thrill. Yes, I’m sure she would be delighted to know that you chose to share such intimate details of a sexual nature with an entire internet community. Everyone to their own of course but who’s the victim?

Man, sass...you are a real stalker, and you are really bad at it.  :-:cawg:-:  USAF?? Embassy in Lebanon?? Becky and the vibrating phone?? You really mix up your stories. Perhaps you inability to take notes is the reason why you never saw the inside of a university.

The vibrating phone story took place 10-15 years before I met Becky.

Sure does, as he has said it all.

BTW Quill.   There was a very mundane reason I didn't go to uni.   My mum had been in hospital for nearly three years with TB, and children were not allowed to visit, when she came out, I passed my ll+ and went to a boarding grammar school so that I didn't have to change schools anymore, my Dad being in the RAF and moving about a lot.   Just as I passed my A levels and got offered a place at two Uni's, my Dad was told he was going to be sent to Singapore in the December.   I had the choice of going to Uni or going out to Singapore.   As I had missed so much time with my Mum I opted for Singapore, where we had been when I was 4 -7 and never regretted it.   So I went to work at Shell Centre in London for three months until we moved out there, then, after a couple of months working for our Air Force, got a job with the New Zealand Air Force.    It was a great time and taught me so much about different people and gave me my wanderbug.   Would never have changed it for any uni in the world.

I missed out on uni as a youngster, that's why I went as a mature student.
Best experience ever, its hard work though when you have a job and children and I do understand that its not for everyone.

I didn't go to Uni because I fucked up my teens by running away from home and shacking up with my "first love". I had such potential, always getting 94% averages in most exams.
I went from job to job (as you could in the 80's, boy did we have it good then), and got bored too easily to follow any career, because all I wanted to do was sing and be on the stage.
I went back to college when I was pregnant with Jas and got a distinction in my Cache child care course.
Going back to gain further qualifications when she goes to school full time.

The reason I love that story is you followed your heart and are still head over heels happy because you followed your heart to where you are now, that is what I call being smart, more than any course can teach you.

Bless you didge. I guess you could say I've always followed my heart. Xxx
You made me smile x

Yep, that's my kinda girl. Fun loving, carefree, packs a punch and tells it like it is. They mature into much better people with better values than the many that are churned out by the establishment.

Ignorant ----!  Wanted  to say that, to see how the board is biased.

Quill, it was me that brought up the USAF and you know why.

Blimey Edds you sound just like I was!  I did the same, got a place at Art School at 17 but shacked up with a boy instead.  Married him too, mainly to spite my mum...  We live and learn eh?  Didn't last though and I did go back to study (law though not art) - another mistake!  Crying or Very sad

I certainly got that impression that were out of the same sort of mould Tess. It's strange how you pick up on just little things that people say about their outlook on life.

I wouldn't worry about the politics eddie because most people that are interested in it are boring farts.

Of course, there are always a few exceptions.

Just take the plunge, eds. Opportunity will come find you when you need it. Follow your reticular cortex.

I never knew how I was going to pay for it. I just did it, and then looked around. The university is a great source for employment as well. A lot of work to be had in and around campus.

Oh I will do it, it's a definite for me as it's learning about something I love: children
Money isn't much of a an object tbh, and I always believe educating yourself is a sound financial investment.

I want to work with children but not sure whether to stay in schools, or go into sign language and working with deaf children.

I grew up with the Berkeley School for the Deaf and Blind just down the street. A lot of the kids in school did internships there during the summer. Then, during the school year, they would sign to each other so they could talk in class.
