Er Quill Roosevelt wanted to get into the war as soon as possible, only due to public opinion denied him this and with many seeing Japan as the real enemy. The reality is collectively many nations contributed in bringing down Nazi Germany, without the blood of Russians, without the airborne defense of Britain, any likelihood of America ever being able to defeat Germany would have been negated due to the fact if Britain had fallen.

Thus it was very much a collective action where America did make a huge difference to vehicles to Russia for example which they supplier around 600,000 of which was instrumental to the many massive encirclement's they carried out in 1944 onward, where speed was a necessity to pull this off, but then America also needed others like the Russians to tie up countless troops. The reality is without air-power America suffered at the hands many times in small combat situations like in Normandy at the hands of superior German Tanks and better trained soldiers. So American industrialization on a massive scale did play a huge part but not the only part.

Without Britain being a massive aircraft carrier for the US, it would not have won against Germany in my position, the problem would have been to great to overcome.


As to posters throwing abuse, there is never an excuse for it, even when I do, there is no defense when anyone does, so it matters not who said what or to who, because it is never right and is inexcusable

WHAT in fact happened back when, was that Smelly' and his little slime_chum Staphlos' (can't remember if Fuzzy was there or not either ~ but he is such a forgettable little maggot, isn't he !) thought that they could gang up on me and somehow bully me off that site..

AFTER I had turned the tables on them all and had them all "under the boot" in a manner of speaking, Sphinxy took umbrage at my defeating some of her favoured lapdogs ~ so she deleted and edited some of my posts on there, and subsequently declared their attacks as only "stating opinions" on their part, and my defence as "unprovoked attacks" against them !    

SO if it ever looked to some observers like I was being given any sort of a really hard time, that was often more down to Sphinx's selective and creative editing, rather than any real and genuine "success" on the part of Smelly, Stavros, Fuzzy or L'ilAndy (though I imagine those 'heroes' would like to imagine still, that they somehow always 'bested' us lefties back on ADO !).

Well Lovey, it seems very strange that Quill says you turned on him 10 months ago, that you are not to be trusted etc, but a couple of months ago he was saying he was worried about you and if Bee couldn't get hold of you he, Quill, had your phone number and would ring or text you. How does that work?

Let me remind you of what happened, then. Originally, Mogi--whom y'all know as Lovedust--Bee, Oriental Lady (who is gone now) and I came over from Ministry, which had closed. On ADO, which y'all remember as a highly racist site, the RWers learned that Lovedust is a Black woman. At that point the RW'ers went batshit. Mogs,, Bee and I were swatting Conservatives like horse flies.

It got so bad that I received a PM from Bee that Mogs was going to pull out of ADO. He said she felt there was just too much racism on that site. She reduced her visits, and the RWers took out after Bee. Brits do have a nasty habit of looking down their noses at the Colonists; that's why I mentioned to Irn that they can't do that so easily with us Americans. Plus, Bee has a good left jab, lol. So, they all started going after Bee's Oz origin, calling him Donk, and other derogatory names. Stuff they still continue on here.

At this point I was communicating with Sassy anyway, about another, more friendly site: Speak Free (these were in the days when Sassy and I were friends). Mogs had seemingly faded away, and I only told Bee about Speak Free and my move. In sum, I thought we had lost Mogi, Bee was getting beat up, and there were other problems with ADO that I didn't like. So Bee and I jumped to Speak Free. Shortly thereafter, Mogs followed.

During those days on ADO, RWers were unmerciful, I thought, on Mogi and Bee--for the reasons I mentioned. In my opinion, to this day Bee sees red whenever he confronts those same persons. And that is happening right now, on here.

What I call the hate thread, is one started by andy where he didn't mention Bee by name, but he singled out a dozen of Bee's quotes and asked something like, 'Do you like this person?' Or, words to that effect. Some of you former Sky people jumped right on without knowing the history of his anger. I do know that history, and I don't fault him one bit.

I can only speak for myself as I wasn't part of this history on ADO. Beekeeper attacked me soon after I got here and started getting abusive. He then said that my account was a fake one which was being used by other people from the Flap forum. He's also been abusive in debating threads for no apparent reason.

If he can't take it, he shouldn't dish it out.
