That doesn't auger well for Ukip.
Some of the more optimistic on here were predicting 25% and 10 seats.
I still think they will get 14% & 4 seats.

The senile old polling officer buggered up my paper as well as the one before me by crossing off the wrong card number.
In front of my wife and eldest (first time voter), I said too loudly, "You only work 1 day every 5 years and you can't do that right"

The BBC said treat the UKIP prediction with extreme caution as because they are a new entry in their system of exit polling it is likely to be much higher!!!

Many people don't want to admit voting UKIP because of The media stigma against it.

There has already been talk of online polls showing much higher UKIP support because of this and reluctance to actually say to someone that UKIP supporting.

I have already predicted elsewhere that UKIP will get between 20%-25% and may well end up with more seats than the lib dems!!!

lol!

Oh and before any of you start laughing, I also predicted UKIP would get most votes and most seats in the EU election last year and I said about 28% which is exactly what happened!!!!

I've had flap telling me how accurate the polls are for weeks and I've been telling him that they are wrong and completely underestimating UKIP support, and trying to pin him down on a wager on it but he refused to put his money where his mouth is on it, even refusing to tell me exactly what percentage he thought was most precise!

Over recent weeks the bullshit made up polls have varied wildly... hardly accurate at all, and now the talk is about how badly they may have got things wrong!!

The deposit is forfeited in the event of a candidate not gaining (polling) a certain percentage of the total votes in this case 5% of the votes cast.
