The editor of a Devon newspaper says he stands by a column which described homosexuality as "an aberration" and claimed social acceptance of gays signalled the end of the British, Roman and Greek empires.

The South Molton News, a monthly local paper in North Devon, received four complaints and its editor Paul Henderson was questioned by police after publishing the controversial column in its September issue.

One complainant said the article was deeply upsetting and took the small town "back into the dark ages".

Why is anyone entertaining such stupidity, Matti thinks he is being clever and smart, thinking that pissing people off with his ignorance is funny, where he fails to understand most people are just looking at him with pity, that there are still people today that even after education are as ignorant on such views as this.
If he wants to remain bigoted and hateful to others, it shows how poorly his life is, that hate and discrimination dictate his life and beliefs.
He is nothing more than a by product of selfishness where either he grew up of never getting his way or being spoilt, my money is on the former.

I would agree with you Bras, except that every time Matti (Tommy) posts we have an opportunity to air the issue more thoroughly. Sometimes I love the tedious and repetitive because they provide a forum on which to make plain the real truth. In other words, don't complain when you're winning. Lol.

We have heard all the excuses here on this thread but no one has been able to get round the fundamental point that homosexuality is abnormal and unnatural, and goes against the biological and mechanical design and purpose of our reproductive/sexual organs, with the normal and natural being between male and female, and as seen throughout all species where male/female exists.

Of course the love I have for Mrs Monk is totally different, partly because I am attracted to her in a sexual way (as is The normal and natural way of Attraction being between male female).

Sex is a fundamental part of a sexual relationship.

Even a marriage needs to be consummated with intercourse.

And the biological and mechanical design and purpose of this is between male and female.

To try to simplify for you. If a man falls in love with another man but never acts on this, and in fact forces himself to commit to a heterosexual marriage which makes him feel miserable and dirty does this man qualify as not gay and normal to you?
