because the likeyhood of passing on or indeed CREATING a defect is something like 10,000 greater, for some of the more serious defects.

I will give you a very good reason not to change the rules on incest, because we do actually allow first cousins to marry, which is seen as incest,but it is that the vast majority of offenders and victims of child sex crime are family members. You would thus be entertaining a platform where peadophiles could have the lessening of their sentence with incest no longer a crime, as no law would exist, thus would have no bearing on sentencing!
