I could be wrong, but the admin there does have form for causing problems and upsetting members on other forums -room 101 springs to mind.
Look at how many from there havecome here, caused friction and got rightly banned, they were queuing up for it.
When it seems he was losing, who should pop up from exile , Stevie Durham's sidekick Hugo.
How long before he posts here? At least he will be easy to spot, as was Durham and Drunky.
At least Tom is not posting at present, campaigning for the BNP or serving time at HM's pleasure?
