Climbing up and over something that high for a small child is one thing... and questionable enough, as to how?

Was there a chair/table etc or some other object to enable child to climb up on etc...?

But then for child to safely drop itself down other side for feet onto ledge is beyond belief...

Plus... look at film... neighbour was well in reach of childs arm... but he reaches PAST arm and his hand is in front of childs upper chest area, just at the moment the 'saviour' lifts child up and over balcony...

Looks very much to me like he was unclipping a safety line from concealed harness off of the balcony rail...!!!

Also... all the rest of the story sounds dubious and full of guff...!!!

Look at the telgraph clip, they do manage to get hold of one hand and start to pull him across. So he is a hero as well, as his actions could have well prevented the child falling. This takes nothing away from the fact the other guy was a hero and got up so quick to pull the kid over.

as soon as they are able to stand up they climb. My kids were up and over their cot bars at the age of 2

and yes theere could easily have been a chair there (its a balcony after all) or a toy car or a pot plant or whatever.

it looks like the neighbour was just gripping on to him but the other guy was already on his way up so it makes sense not to try to pull him up till he had help

no idea what you mean by the safety harness. i didn't see any such thing

also, i did a quick youtube search for this and there are a ton of videos on him but not one single one could I find that said it was a hoax and some one saying ''hang on, this is fake, here is what really happened''.

Don't you think someone else may have mentioned that it was a fake if it really was? considering the amount of people there were at that spot at that time to witness the whole thing?

This is the link found on the Guardian Quill

I stoped the video and did frame by frame from 20 seconds

I see nothing to suggest his legs do not match at the time frame specified, its pure paranoia and delusions

In fact it shows Tommy has a poor grasp of reflections based on different angles. We are seeing his movements from one angle and the mirror image reflects a slightly forward on angle. Its very simple and why Tommy is so easily confused. Like I say the movments correspond per frame. The image is reflecting at a higher angle, as if the person is in front of a mirror, but is slightly set back. Thus as if you are standing in front of a mirror. The person recording is not center to the event. Yet we see the person from the ground up, at a different angle and the mirror image at an angle also.

Fell from 6th floor window... but managed to catch onto the outside of a balcony on the 4th floor...!!!???

Now... that definitely defies the laws of physics...!!!

If child fell 2 floors, say that is around 6 metres drop... then by the laws of physics... the child would have been travelling at a downward speed of around 25mph...!!!

Also... having fallen from a window above, not from the outside edge of a balcony, the child would have landed INSIDE of the balcony below... falling directly downwards... would not have fallen diagonally away from the building to have been outside of the balcony below...

And definitely wouldn't have been able to grab hold of balcony while going past it at 25mph!!!

The boy actually fell 15 feet, around 4.5 meters. Again he fell from the floor above

Why is the child dangling by his hands? If he fell, there's no way a child this young would manage to grab that ledge. Did he toddle to the edge, then kneel down and slide over whilst grabbing the ledge? Would a child this young do that? I would think a child this young would take a step over the ledge and slip and that would be that. Dead. But then fact is often stranger than fiction, so who knows. Clearly, it's not faked. But is it staged? I don't think so. I can't really believe parents would set their kid up to be in such a perilous situation.

The other day I was scanning my city's police media portal at work and saw three separate instances of children being left in a vehicle, and it was at least in the mid-90s. People are stupid.
