This Country Just Became the First to Make It Illegal To Pay Women Less Than Men
First topic message reminder :
A new law making it illegal to pay men more than women has taken effect in Iceland.
The legislation, which came into force on Monday, the first day of 2018, means that Iceland is the first country in the world to legalise equal pay between men and women.
Under the new rules, companies and government agencies employing at least 25 people will have to obtain government certification of their equal-pay policies.
Those that fail to prove pay parity will face fines.
"The legislation is basically a mechanism that companies and organisations ... evaluate every job that's being done, and then they get a certification after they confirm the process if they are paying men and women equally," said Dagny Osk Aradottir Pind, a board member of the Icelandic Women's Rights Association.
"It's a mechanism to ensure women and men are being paid equally," she told Al Jazeera. "We have had legislation saying that pay should be equal for men and women for decades now but we still have a pay gap." {articleGUID} Iceland, an island country in the North Atlantic Ocean that is home to approximately 323,000 people has a strong economy, based around tourism and fisheries.

there you go Dickhead
Average age 28 which a 6 years after you graduate with your first degree if you go from High school to uni.
As is Common Knowledge to anyone that might need and MBA.
it is a secondary Qualification with the majority of MBA holder already possessing a degree and having already started their career in their chosen industry.
So again, as I have to so often warn you about, STOP being rude to people that actually know stuff just cause you posted a Link to information YOU DID NOT UNDRSTAND

didge, it's not my Fault You don't know why people get an MBA
why would I bother googling what is common knowledge. how ignorant do you have to be to not know that most MBA applicants have reached the level in their career where they are eligible to go for Executive roles (a.k.a upper end of middle management) and a Master in Business Administration is seen as highly desirable in an Executive.
and if someone is not applying for a course until they are 28 what do you think they did with their time before then?
DO you think you can just fart around get an MBA in your late 20's and walk into a 6 figure job?

You made a claim, based on around Middle Management
You now cannot back it up
Next time, it would bode you well, to actually read the study
