Footage was posted online as an apparent warning over insurance scams
It shows man pushing moped into car then diving on the vehicle's bonnet
When told he is on camera the man and a friend quickly run away

Too funny...lucky she had a dashboard cam.

These scams are regular here, too.  You should see the people get on a bus when it's in an accident.  They roll around on the floor and moan and groan.

But they run like hell when they learn they are on camera.
