Malaga cafe 'gas explosion'...

They are saying it was a 'gas canister' that exploded...
But authorities were there and evacuated the cafe before this 'explosion'...
Right...

Nobody could intentionally blow up a gas cannister?

What?
How does a gas cannister just blow up all on its own...?
While giving enough advance warning so as everyone knew it was going to blow up and they all had plenty of time to organise an evacuation of the building...?
