Man Who Complained About Breastfeeding Mother Gets Thrown Out Of Cafe

When a man complained to a cafe owner about a woman breastfeeding nearby, she was having none of it.
The “middle-aged gentleman” told the owner of Cheese and Biscuits cafe “there was a mother breastfeeding out there and we might want to ask her to cover up”, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. But Jessica-Anne Allen was thoroughly unimpressed and asked him to leave her establishment in Queensland, Australia,
She said: ”We told him that we are a breastfeeding friendly cafe, that we have mothers' groups and ladies who come and breastfeed all the time and we would never ask a mother to cover up when she is feeding her child.

Well it's natural to defecate & urinate but I don't suppose doing either in a restaurant would go down too well.

Where do we draw the line? Maybe people should have sex in restaurants as well......because it's a natural thing to do?

yes i think it does need to be balanced that if you are going to breastfeeding public without a cover than people will see your boob

Going off on a slight tangent,now I see that there is looney left wing hyperbole over whether women should breast or bottle feed their babies.

Marvellous.....And I'm informed that some of those who bottle feed are receiving death threats??!!

Regarding breast feeding,common sense should be used by the mother and not childish defiant & confrontational ignorance.Consideration should be given to people present including children who may find the site of breast feeding difficult or embarrassing.

I vaguely remember my mum breast feeding my sister in public but she did so with regard to herself & people around her.She used her common sense & realized that some people might find it a bit awkward,so consideration for others was exercised.

And my mum partially covered her breast with the baby blanket & there were no problems.But what she didn't do was sit in the middle of a pub or cafe or train carriage & defiantly flop her tits out & feed my sister.

But then again,my mum passed onto me my totally open minded way of thinking.....Thanks for the gift Mum.

while breast feeding is perfectly natural I do think there is a time and place for everything and a way to do it.

There is nothing wrong with breastfeeding in public.
Those who have issues's are the problem themselves because they are in fact sexualizing the act, through the breast being laid bare.
So what you really have to ask is why some here are at odds to a baby naturally feeding off its mothers breast. The only reason is the sexualiztion of the breast being a turn on and even worse in this case they are getting hot and bothered by a baby feeding off a breast.
They may want to look at how warped that is that they do.
