The constant battle between Sassy and Didge over Israel/Palestine is spoiling the forum for everyone else
A vote to consider all posters on the Forum
I think it is fair to say many are getting tired and that so many threads on one topic is spoiling debate for any other topics of interest.
On my part I am happy to limit myself to one a day
What do others think

Re: A vote to consider all posters on the Forum
I voted post as many as you like.
If there are too many posts for people to stomach then they just won't click on them will they?
I for one, will not be told how many topics I can post. This is a forum or free speech not a prison of words.

You fail to grasp the point on being fair to other posters
This is about how the forum is getting flooded everyday with them and I fail to see a limit cannot be placed when it has many posters speak out on
Unless of course you are happy with people spamming the forum, as that is what fundamentally it is
The forum is more than just two posters Eddie

It's amounting to spamming the forum though, which is actually against the rules.

It is spamming, even more when threads not posted on are then posted again by the same person to spam them back up.

You really need to learn your definitions:

Re: A vote to consider all posters on the Forum
And what when someone says "There are too many atheism threads"
Do we limit those to one a day?
Or "Eddie keeps posting about food and I'm sick of it"
Do we limit those?
Where do we stop?
I've said my piece, let's see if any other admin comment and what the general consensus is.
I can tell you though, it's a terrible thing when you start taking away people's freedom of choice and speech.
You can simply, not fucking open the thread people!

There is not a case for atheism, this is about how there must be in excess of 30-40 threads started a day and that is not being fair on anyone else, the point you seem to fail to grasp
Look you made your vote and approve of spamming

Feel free to post about any topic that interests you, but please note that spamming (posting exclusively on a single topic) is not allowed.

What's wrong with simply asking people not to spam the forum with so many threads on the same subject?

Re: A vote to consider all posters on the Forum
Look its this simple, either we apply the rules here on spamming, or you simply remove such a claim from the rules.
From now on any thread that is bumped back up with spamming will be reported and lets see if you get sick of that happening when instead we see the constant defending of one poster who is allowed to constantly break the rules.

Re: A vote to consider all posters on the Forum
Also a fine example that Sassy is flooding the forum, is when she bumps up threads not posted on to keep them all the main topic on the scrolling list
http://www.newsfixboard.com/t13900-a-palestinian-boy-blindfolded-led-by-one-idf-soldier-to-another-and-made-to-stand-still-while-they-shoot-him
So its not just threads posted, she bumps up many not even debated on

Oh and one last thing
At least I am willingly to compromise by thinking about all other posters. What you need to then ask is why then does sassy not give a tiny rats arse about them by flooding the forum, knowing it does piss people off?
Have fun people

I've pointed it out a few times when there have been duplicate threads about refugees and/or other subjects. In fact, thread duplication is quite common here - probably because of the limitations of the search function.

I think you'll find I have mentioned Didge's obsession with anti-religion threads before - specifically anti-Christian threads.
You carry on spamming, and hopefully Didge will stop retaliating, so most of your threads can disappear into oblivion.

I don't like reading a lot of threads about the same thing so I don't.
I open the one that looks interesting (usually a title) and may read that.

The anti-Christian stuff was largely aimed at members of this forum though, and got fairly offensive on a regular basis. The Israel ones are not - they're just a bit repetitive.
