Germany shocked by Cologne New Year gang assaults on women
First topic message reminder :
The mayor of Cologne has summoned police for crisis talks after about 80 women reported sexual assaults and muggings by men on New Year's Eve.
The scale of the attacks on women at the city's central railway station has shocked Germany. About 1,000 drunk and aggressive young men were involved. City police chief Wolfgang Albers called it "a completely new dimension of crime". The men were of Arab or North African appearance, he said. Women were also targeted in Hamburg. But the Cologne assaults - near the city's iconic cathedral - were the most serious, German media report. At least one woman was raped, and many were groped.
Most of the crimes reported to police were robberies. A volunteer policewoman was among those sexually molested.

Nineteen individuals arrested, all but four are from Morocco and Algeria. Sounds as if those French have been at it again.

An equally big threat is posed by third-world Italian men. Did you hear about Ashley Olsen, murdered in her apartment in Florence? http://www.cnn.com/2016/01/10/europe/italy-american-woman-dead/ Tragedy. RIP Ashley.

Yes, in Italy. Maybe Trump was right about closing the borders, only he got the wrong people.
Here's the story...

Re: Germany shocked by Cologne New Year gang assaults on women
Police have said in several reports that the attackers were described as men of “Arab or North African” origin. On Friday, Cologne police announced that over 30 suspects responsible for the violence had been identified. Around 20 of them were asylum-seekers.
In a leaked police report detailed by German media, a senior police official quoted one of the men engaged in the unrest as saying: "I'm a Syrian! You have to treat me kindly! Mrs.[Chancellor Angela] Merkel invited me."

There are some strange reports about Merkel's attempt to get rid of trouble makers.
A crime which leads to death or serious injury would currently result in a sentence of less than one year?

Will they be changing the law so it's not relevant if someone is at risk in their country of origin? If they don't, there will be no point because they'll all say they're at risk.

Germany's Justice Ministry announced Tuesday that new laws had been drafted to allow it to more easily deport migrants found guilty of crimes causing death or serious injury, sexual or physical assaults, or resisting police officers.
Previously, migrants to Germany could be deported only if they were found guilty of crimes punishable by a sentence of one year or more.

Only asylum seekers who have been sentenced to at least three years' imprisonment and will not be at risk in their countries of origin can currently be forcibly deported under German law.

In Muslim Countries women are made to cover them selves because their men have no control over their emotions, hence when they see a women as she should be seen the shock scrambles their brains.
