foreign aid

I read that Care Homes are closing through lack of money, I saw on tv tonight that money for respite care is being cut, meaning parents will be at their wits end with having to care for troubled kids with no chance of a break. WHY THE FCUK ARE WE GIVING AWAY BILLIONS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES?

becasue the left are idiots that try to look good and think that johnny foreigner's needs are greter than our own
and are engaged in a race to the bottom

becasue the right are greedy bastards who get back handers from where the cash flows, who dont give a toss about OUR own people, and who in any case HATE the poor needy and especially the disabled

I understand your anger Nicko, but this is not down to foreign aid, or that it should be blamed why care homes are have a lack of money. The fault is with those who are wrongly not increasing the funds this service needs. In fairness you shoule be pointing your blame at where the blame actually is. Those who are allowing this to happen. If we have the ability to help others, then we should. Not as much as we give presently to foreign aid and that it should be decreased, but its not really fair to blame those who are in great need also. We should do more to thelp the care service and this is where people need to stand up and be counted. By actually helping as well and bring about a change at the top to make sure it gets the money needed.

so what are you saying then Didge...are you actually agreeing with my repeated points that in reality there is PLENTY of money available in this country (as your point that foreign aid should continue to help others if we can suggests)?

in which case will you therefore agree that the actions taken by the tories on "austerity" and which serve little purpose but to harm the most vulnerable in society, are nothing but vindictive "hate " attacks so typical of tory mentality vis the "lesser mortals" as they see them????
