Lest We Forget 6th June 1944 D Day Empty Lest We Forget 6th June 1944 D Day

Remembering today all those that died on D Day, with special thanks, including our American friends.

There are not many left who fought in WWII, my Dad still with me, started out as what they call AC plonk (lowest of the low) ended up a Wing Commander.  I remember many I used to know that fought but are not with us anymore.  Blessed Be to all of them.

Good thread Sassy. The 6th of June is an important date in the calender when it's time to remember all those that did their bit to signal the start of the liberation of Northern Europe from the Nazi's.

We owe them and all those that fought to give us the freedom we have today.

Everyone should read this.

This is a trubute thread to people who died for our freedom and you pollute it with bile like that.

Obviously their lives meant nothing to you - shameful.

do you mean a tribute....??

I made my tribute at the beginning, I just can't understand why someone who wants Jews dead would make a thread about dday unless it was to somehow mock the jews...
