Ooh lovely! You,looking forward to it?
Don't you notice how much crap you've got when you move??
I threw so much stuff away - and I'm not a hoarder at all - and yet I still have boxes of crap that I've shoved into a rather large cupboard!

Hmm I'm just finding that out! I'm on the top floor and the main bathroom is on the muffle floor - my legs are killing me lol - better not drink too much before I go to bed anymore

Re: Finally moved house
Well, think what decided us was me having a dodgy tummy still after the bug in Malta, nearly fell down our very twisty stairs! It wasn't much fun. Had been in the back of our minds anyway as Dad can't stay here because of the stairs, so decision made, we were lucky to find somewhere so quickly.

Re: Finally moved house
I always thought it was a good idea to have an attic to store stuff, but now I'm not so sure. I've cleared out tons of stuff from there, but it's still full. The trouble is that it's too easy to put stuff up there "for the moment" and then forget about it.
Also, a lot of the stuff I moved from the attic is now in the garage instead.
Good luck eddie and Sassy - a nice new start is a good thing.

Make a few bob by selling unwanted stuff at a boot sale. Daughter did that after moving, she made £58.

I keep my books because I do like to pick them up and read again, to refresh the mind on that subject.
I admit some though I have not read again. The majority of my books are non-fiction.
Night Eddie and goodnight everyone

Most of my books are fiction. I keep my factual books beside my bed in a big messy pile - then I balance my iPad, phone and bottle of water on them lol

A reason I never give my books away Eddie? Each one has a significance to me when I bought them. I write this on the inside of the cover. So no matter what book I pick up, it reminds me of that time in the past with a smile.
lol after my 6th goodnight, I really am going.
