Why are those architect-designed "eco-friendly" pre-fab houses always so expensive...
And dirt ugly..
900 sq. feet for £55k' ?
I reckon I could build 1200 sq. feet for less than that; and better looking..

@ Well wolf, its still affordable housing, compared to the prices of houses in the UK
It maybe the way forward for some people
