Lets hope they get that legislation through quick, to give scotland what it so clearly wants...
either independance or devo max....
concomittant with a veto of scots MPs voteing on english matters....
I am all for giving Scotland its own way and allowing it to manage its own tax affairs....
and then letting them find the money to live on.....
they might well be able to....
but if they cant dont come to westminster cap in hand.....
we send enough aid elsewhere.....

Ireland seems to have done pretty well since shrugging off the husk of the UK.

The majority didn't want independence though.

Well...they voted for the shiney new toy so...
and anyways as I see it...
lets wish em well and seriously hope they prosper....
that way their benefits will be much better than ours.....
so then we can put up a sign in 100 different languages with a big arrow saying scotland this way
