Ah, I was wondering where Nigel Farage was when he did his resignation speech, as it looks nice. It was apparently outside The Botany Bay Hotel in Broadstairs. I must go there one day.

Ben, do you believe in democracy and The right to self govt and self rule?
For a country to have control over it's laws, rules, regulations and borders?
Of course I believe in those things, what a dumb question.

It's not a dumb question... it is dumb to say you support these things while also supporting the EU dictatorship which only exists through the theft of democracy.

LOLZ
Representative democracy DOES and has before HOW DO YOU THINK THE USA WAS MADE?
You seem to think direct democracy has existed IT HAS NOT.. Nations Particularly the UK did everything they could to stop it back in the 1700's
The best we have ever had is representative democracy and YOUR Representative Definitive does have the ability to give away further votes On YOUR Behalf
It has nothing to do with what I agree with... I am Anti British Empire because of this...

Funny he likes the Scots after their equal responsibility for the US And Australia...
But again I repeat, democracy is not something that belongs to politicians to give away, any more than a school belongs to the teachers to give away or a car park attendant has the right to give away parts of your car.
That is why it was necessary for the British people to give their permission 40 years ago when they agreed to the simple trade arrangement on steel and coal... it has been mission creep since then to a complete political construct that has now evolved into a dictatorship over 80% of our laws, rule, and regulations.
The British people have never agreed to this so it has no legitimacy.

Yes, I know that but where did the British people sign up to a simple trade deal on coal and steel?

Wrong and again your link does not actually say they will reject treaty change, showing you did not even read it.
Mr Schauble said: 'The German government wants treaty change one day. We don't think it will happen tomorrow.

Re: Well done UKIP
Germany’s powerful finance minister, Wolfgang Schäuble, said he had discussed the British demands with Osborne and agreed that deeper integration of the single-currency zone would need to take account of countries such as Britain outside the euro.
“It wasn’t up to George Osborne and me to decide the reform of the European Union,” he said. “But we agreed to take this process forward.” He added that Cameron’s “impressive” election victory had supplied a chance for successful negotiations.

There can be nothing of significance renegotiated.
We don't want free movement... it is a fundamental part of EU membership.
No negotiation possible... either accept continued open door to half a billion people or leave the EU... they are the choices.
