The difference is that all graffiti is classed as illegal and vandalism and crime UNLESS it is done by 'Banksy', when it then is classed as art and worthy of protection.


Why is The criminal aspect only ignored for this one person?


Who gave them special privilege to graffiti up walls and be above the law while others would be prosecuted for doing the same?
