I've never understood people who are afraid or dread growing old.
Imagine the fun you can have!!

My mum and dad were always looking forward to retirement. Unfortunately and sadly, my dad died before he got there.
That's always upsets me when I think about it.

I'm with you though on the days gone by....used to think nothing about staying up tip the early morning...gave a couple of hours sleep then head off to work.....then came kids......and being up till early hours was no longer a choice but FACT! LOL

Yep! My little jas used to sleep till half nine some mornings but lately it's 6:30 and my Son up at 6:45 for school bus.
I have to say though both my children are quite chilled out children so theyre not all mad and in your face in the mornings

Not rude at all, I'm 68, the photo I put of me was taken a year ago, so I'm older than you and younger than Quill, cos he said he was brought up during the war and I wasn't born until it finished. Think Nicko is about my age as well..
