Another day, another Jeremy Clarkson Twitter storm.

The Top Gear presenter this morning announced that he was calling his new small black dog, Didier Dogba, after the Chelsea footballer Didier Drogba.

Cue an onslaught of comments accusing Clarkson of racism, proving that his appetite to stir controversy really knows no bounds. There is obviously nothing like a Bank Holiday Monday to offend a new set of people.

However, he quickly responded to his critics arguing that meant no offence. He didn’t foresee the public reacting this way, naturally.

Clarkson IMO is generally an outspoken fool, but he's do e nothing wrong in naming his wee dog that ffs!

I think it's quite funny Laughing

Dog and ba would mean a footy playing dog up here, I actually played footy as a wee lad with a dog that did play footie!, it would tackle with it's head and steer the ball likewise Smile

I'm all for not upsetting vulnerable, disabled or coloured people, but this is ridiculous.

I think Jeremy Clarkson is a total tool and personally I find it a little bit offensive he called his dog that.
