Clueless: Tory fighting marginal seat sends out Maria Miller leaflets

A Tory MP defending a majority of just 1,149 is sending out leaflets with Maria Miller in them — days after she resigned in disgrace over expenses abuse, having become byword for political greed and arrogance in the minds of the general public.

Campaigners for Plymouth MP Oliver Colvile were spotted delivering a leaflet with him pictured alongside Miller (ABOVE) earlier this week. With presumably thousands printed, perhaps Colvile could have brushed off the decision not to pulp the leaflets over one story as a necessary economy …

… were it not for the fact that the out-of-touch MP had gone out to bat for Miller just hours before she quit — causing a storm of criticism in his local press:

..suppose he never had an INKling that she would resign shamefully in regards to her expenses abuse...and now all these leaflets are printed and going through doors!!
