I do hope thats either a replica or a deactivated one...
because if NOT he should be looking at 10 years in the calaboose.
THAT AK47, if live, is a PROHIBITED weapon in this country and NO-ONE is allowed to own one...let alone use it.

So two questions
First
Why was this guy photographed with such when it appears to be against the law
and
Two
Why has he not been dealt with by he authorities

::dedhrs::
Someone we know Father died some time ago. He had a wonderful original shooting stick kept dutifully locked in a suitable cupboard with the ammo, fully licensed. It needed to be taken to a gunsmiths for keeping and refurfishment museum quality........ Several phone calls to the police and transportation was deemed a criminal act. The license died with the owner, the police would not allow it it be transported in a car on public roads. They would not collect nor would they sanction the gunsmith to do so as it was out of County
And this guy can pose for the camera...........

Re: A LIB Dem councillor and magistrate poses for a photo — clutching a loaded AK-47 assault rifle.
The father from Derby posted the picture on Twitter shortly after it was taken while he was on holiday in India in September last year. It has been reported he had it as his profile picture for several months, also.
What's the problem?
Guns are cool - all real men want to pose with a gun, let rip with it etc.
Get a grip!
edit: is he trying to look like Mr Farage? He's just not cool enough for that!

It was removed and taken to the gunsmiths without permission and without incident.

you cannot stop the Govt., even taking them up on a legal battle would be a waste of time, energy and money, when they have made their mind up the individual is stitched up...
