The black community has been continually told they are wrong. They are the wrong color. That's why they don't get food. That's why they don't get housing. That's why they don't get education. That's why they don't get the plush jobs. That's why they don't get loans. That's why they don't get justice.
It's a continual litany of no, no, no, no...
As far as his national labor shortage in the scientific community, I would say that the powers that be are a lot more generous to the scientific community then they are to, say, the legal or horticultural communities. How about journalism? Ask Ben, who is caught in the British web of the same sort. I don't see it as engineered shortages, as much as I see other things are being considered.
He's also got a huge problem with operationalization of his concepts. He seems to feel that anything that opposed him, is an example in his world view.

The same happens and even more so to poor white people, based on policies that are on equality of outcome
The point you miss here, is that is not equality. If you shield a people from criticism
For example one of the main tenants of the Black lives matter groups is to end capitalism
Even though it has been capitalism that has helped get many black people out of poverty
By such statements, it means the black lives matter movement is not about equality for blacks, but political
Its okay to tell someone they are wrong in their thinking. No matter if they are white, Asian, black, female, male etc
To say we cannot is not equality
What we are seeing is more a protest and a hijacking of the black lives matter moment by "white privileged middle classed anarchist activists"
