Impeachment/removal: favorability among voters rising
Impeachment and removal from office of President Trump is on the rise. Whereas last month it was at 47%, it is now at 50%. Conversely, disfavor remains at 42%. Even if the Senate refuses to remove Trump, he doesn't look good for reelection.
The only way that I can see that the Russo-Republican Representatives and Senators can save themselves, is if they abandon Trump's ship, and cross lines in favor of impeachment. Otherwise, voters are going to take out their anger on them at the polls next November.
If they want the President out on his ass, you can bet the Russo-Republican's asses will be gone before the door slams.

Gd. point. I think that's why Democrats don't go after Trump with the whole bucket of accusations. God knows, he has done plenty that is illegal: conspiring against the US Constitution; tax fraud; fraud with respect to his Trust; obstruction of justice; violations of the foreign corrupt practices act; violations of the campaign finance act; Logan Act violations; emoluments clause violations; embezzlement; bribery; selling of his office; child endangerment; statutory rape; treason; conspiracy against the US; wire fraud; mail fraud; and RICO violations, and now possibly, he is behind a murder.
However, House Democrats have pared it all down to the one incident of embezzlement of congressionally authorized funds meant for Ukraine, bribery using those funds, extortion, foreign corrupt practices, obstruction of justice and **catches breath** failure to register as an agent under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. This localizes the wrongdoing, and involves a criminal act that everyone can grasp--as different from a conspiracy or criminal enterprise.

WASHINGTON (AP) — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced Thursday that the House is moving forward to draft articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump.
”Our democracy is what is at stake,” Pelosi said. “The president leaves us no choice but to act.”
Pelosi delivered the historic announcement as Democrats push toward a vote, possibly by Christmas.
Next step: Articles of Impeachment will be drafted, then on to a January trial in the Senate.

Much more important than that, nick. Christmas is celebration; Trump is cancer.
