Danish Prime minister calls Trump 'nasty'
She could legitimately called him a whole lot worse. The bloke is absolutely barking .
He has thrown yet another hissy fit because she simply would not discuss the sale of Greenland.
I don't think there are too many press or media sources that continue their support of the madman. So he calls them all out as liars and purveyors of fake news.
He has totally lost it.

Re: Danish Prime minister calls Trump 'nasty'
The whole idea that he would buy Greenland is simply insane. It's not the 1800s anymore, after all.
What I'm tired of hearing from certain non-right-wing so-called intellectuals is that "hey, believe it or not, Trump is actually a quite effective president." Some even say he's gotten more done than Obama did in his first term.
Just to recap the major accomplishments of each man's first term:
Under Obama, in his first term, a massive economic stimulus package was passed which pulled the country out of recession. Most American troops were withdrawn from Iraq. Obamacare was passed, which would give health insurance to about 20 million people who previously couldn't obtain it. The Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act made it harder for businesses to pay women less than men for doing the same job. The DADT policy's repeal meant gays could openly serve in the U.S. military, and the Dodd-Frank Act introduced measures to prevent the financial crisis that Obama inherited.
Under Trump's first term, he managed to slash taxes for the wealthy and to make it harder for people from several majority Muslim countries to enter the U.S.
Trump really hasn't done a single thing to make America better -- let alone great, and never mind "again."

Some of the best presidents didn't do anything.
Not that Trump falls into that category.
I mean poking a bear with a stick is doing more than ignoring it. But probably not wiser.

Sometimes doing nothing is by far the best choice, but Trump can't even get out of the way of the booming economy that he inherited.

Not forgetting Trump is leading the US into a recession.
That is one boast he can make over Obama, who was veryprudent.

Re: Danish Prime minister calls Trump 'nasty'
I have a different take on this land purchase thing...a bit bizarre, I admit. Forget Greenland, it's too cold and barren.
But think, Baja California, Norte and Sud, and extend Arizona out to Puerto Peñasco, on the Sea of Cortez. This will make the beautiful beaches of Cabo and La Paz, as well as rights to the Gulf, available when the Pacific States take over.
Maybe we could couple it with the wall thingy that Mexico is supposed to pay for...we'll just send ‘em a note marked ‘Paid in Full’…and just move in and take over. For future reference, we can call it an 'Israeli grab and run'.

Re: Danish Prime minister calls Trump 'nasty'
A couple of days before Trump showed his "spoiled billlionaire's son" money-can-buy-you-anything utter stupidity, he was preaching to some coal mining audience in one of those fucked-over in-recession-since-the-1970s states like Louisiana or Tennessee or wherever...
When he made one of the most dirt ignorant statements of his presidency : "you cannot have a coal industry without fracking.." -- never mind that "fracking" is used to speed up drilling for natural gas, and has nothing to do with mining for coal !
And, if anyone had seen that newsclip, they may have noticed the suited nodding-heads sitting behind the Dumpster..
Coal miners do not wear new shiny hi-vis/dayglo vests -- they may have 'hi-vis' workclothes (won't stay shiny-new for long, though..), but those shiny new safety vests are reserved for forklift and truck drivers, traffic controllers, people working around them, and visiting politicians and reporters.

These days, it does seem more newsworthy when a head of state likes Trump than when they don't like him.
Then again, what's to like, really? He's objectively terrible.
Re: Danish Prime minister calls Trump 'nasty'
This arvo' I heard Trump's reply to the Danish PM, on radio...
The Dumpster said that the Danish PM had said "some really nasty things" about him..
And then added that "noone speaks about the President of the United States like that !"
Donnie Dumpster -- master negotiator and ace at inernational relations.

Cold and barren, like Alaska.

You have a strange fascination with the American president.
Are there other world leaders that you opine on, on a daily basis?

That's because he wants to own Britain, so we have a vested interest in being run by a lying, psychotic , racist, narcissistic meglamaniac.
And like Greenland, Britain is NOT for sale. Not the rail, water, gas, power stations, the NHS.
Keep your grubby hands off. We know where they have been. Frequently inside the vaginas of pubescent girls.

Re: Danish Prime minister calls Trump 'nasty'
Isn't the title of this thread just the opposite? What happened is...
Trump has difficulty with women, as with people of color. He fears women, and runs away.
Daily Mail wrote:Donald Trump on Wednesday accused Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen of being 'nasty' when she said his plan to buy Greenland was 'absurd.'
