Well for a start I'm sure Kelly Brook in her endless quest for fame has only given an interview (which is what prompted that TV discussion) to publicise and promote her latest role as the face/body of 'slim fast'.
As for Fat shaming, it depends how you say it. Calling someone a balloon or a fat pig is hardly the way to encourage most people to lose weight.
Suggesting a healthy eating plan and encouraging someone to stop filling their face with crap by example, I imagine would be the best way to get results.

Hmm, an overweight person with an active lifestyle and a healthy diet? That must be as rare as hens' teeth.
