Health Secretary Matt Hancock has said that obesity is a lifestyle choice, not a disease as it costs the NHS £6b a year. Weight loss guru Steve Miller and Sue Waldock debate whether or not obesity should be considered a disease.

Obesity is not a disease but it's not a lifestyle choice either - it's a side effect of a lifestyle choice.
