The young man was entitled to his opinion. Maybe posing with his photo declaring 'This is not what a rapist looks like' was a bit unwise, because a rapist can look like anyone, but to be targeted and victimised because he objects to being told how to act properly sexually just shows what a despotic society we all live in now.

Not only in this case, but the internet, and the communities it can make of complete strangers, turns everyone into judge and juror overnight. Someones innocent comment can be distorted and spread like wildfire, whereas once it wouldnt have caused a ripple now it can cause an instant tsunami of hate.
If someone dares to speak out against the majority....even though the majority are often brain dead sheeplike creatures, they become the victim, hounded and persecuted.....just for having an opinion.
Crazy world.
