Children left in tears after being told 'Father Christmas isn't real' by Christian charity worker who made them smash up chocolate Santas to 'hammer home the point'
Children as young as four were reportedly left in tears after being told Santa was 'made up' during a Christian assembly.
Pupils were then asked to smash up chocolate versions of St Nicholas and his reindeer to hammer home the point.
Parents said their children had come home feeling devastated following the sermon by a children's worker from a Christian charity.
The head teacher of Fleet Wood Lane School in Spalding, Lincolnshire, insisted that the children were not told 'Santa does not exist', but has since apologised and said the school would no longer be working with the group. The Mary Bass Charity, which seeks to 'further the religious and other charitable work of the Church Of England' in the Lincolnshire district of South Holland, said it was investigating.
It is understood the woman delivering the assembly on Thursday was trying to explain to children that Jesus was the reason behind Christmas, not Santa, who had been 'made up'.
They were asked to demonstrate they understood that there was more to Christmas than sweets and presents by smashing up the chocolate.

A deranged mad woman terrorising 4-year-old children by smashing up chocolate Santas, while ranting on about Jesus !?!
That "Christian charity" from the CofE certainly needs to take a long hard look at how they choose, screen and train their workers out in the field..

At least she didn't molest them. There are some real weirdo religious nut jobs out there.Thor wrote:Children as young as four were reportedly left in tears after being told Santa was 'made up' during a Christian assembly.

A question of degrees.
I am sure 4 year olds will not suffer long term or permanent mental scarring with the knowledge that Santa isn't real, as opposed to sexual or physical abuse, which WILL stay WITH them for life.
Do they know about the tooth fairy?

Based on what?
First of all do you understand the most important age range on chidlren, which will be instrumental in how they mentally develope?
How is smashing up chocolate, which is a form of violence. In anyway a good teaching method for children?
If the view is to smash things seen as bad. How long will it be for one of this kids to smash something else they view to be bad?
Another kid for example?

Re: Children left in tears after being told 'Father Christmas isn't real' by Christian charity worker who made them smash up chocolate Santas to 'hammer home the point'
Parents said many took this to mean Santa did not exist. One mother, whose youngest child at the school is four years old, said: 'My children said two children were asked to come to the front of the hall and smash chocolate Santas and reindeer with hammers to symbolise they were not what Christmas was all about.
'They were encouraged to do this by the offer that they could take the chocolate home afterwards, and were also told that if they didn't believe in God and Jesus they would go to hell.
'Many of the children took that to mean that Santa was not real. My children were quite upset and we had to reassure them that he was and they would still be getting presents this year.'
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/education/2018/12/07/private-schools-socialism-action-head-hmc-says/
Not only were they blackmailing the children, but also to smash up chocolate in the image of Santa and animals
And Andy, does not think this could be damaging?

And just to shut the kids up if they get too annoying, show them that Santa's reindeer cannot follow Rundolfs red nose as they cannot see red!

I think having successfully parented 2 girls from birth to a BA and an Msc at uni give me the edge over someone who won't even answer the question of how many kids he has had and brought up.
Is Didge an armchair child psychologist, knows the theory, but cannot change a nappy?

This shows why you have the intellect of a toddler
I tried to help you understand that you do not know what you are talking about
Hence why you have continued to avoid the question
You go off your own daughters, not understanding that has zero relevance. Nor does it to how you raised them
As did you ever teach them to smash up things at four years of age in the image of santa and animals? Or smash up anything at that age.
The answer is no, hence how you raised your children has zero bearing
Do you understand that dummy?
Now for the seventh time asking
Again, do you think teaching children to smash up things in the images of santa and animals is a good or bad on their mental health?

I have experince of rasing children and understanding what psychologically effects children
You have experince in rasing children, but have a toddlers understanding of the psychological effects on children
Hence you acted again like a whingy little bitch and tried to bring in families into this, like the immature idiot you are
I asked you a simple question from the start and you diverted so badly, you still ended up looking like a whingy little bitch

How many children have you fathered and brought up. Like EVERY argument you get embrioled in, you vainly attempt to portray yourself as a world leading expert. Whether it is climate, politics, philosophy, physiology or even child raising.

Again what has that got to do with the question I asked?
Seriously?
This is what is wrong with the left today
You just sum it up above
I asked you some simple questions
You dodged them all and went off some warped view around who's daughters were raised best. Failing to even understand, what effect teaching kids. At the ages of four, and based off a view something is bad, to act in a violent manner off this, might have on them.
This all went over your head and instead, you acted like a toddler yourself.
Unless the left can actually start to take any criticism or even advice, they simple will never learn.

Didge, I think the message he was probably trying to convey is that two people will never come to a better understanding if they're always trying to "win" rather than understand.

*~[THE Ben Reilly]~* wrote:Didge, I think the message he was probably trying to convey is that two people will never come to a better understanding if they're always trying to "win" rather than understand.
Actually, there was no message, when he was never attempting to listen in the first place. Attempt to make it personal about families. Failing again to understand such acts could leave damaging effects on children
He never once wanted to discuss the matter and thought his raising of two children was suffiecient to ignore my points
In fact it was nothing but ignorance, which again is what I constantly expect from the left today
This is not about me winning, yet again proving the left constantly sterotype the right poorly
As what is there to win here?
I simple posed points which he clearly did not understand. What is then wrong by me injecting the view, that this could be damaging?
You need to get this dumb view out of your head, this is about winning
If it is for you, then dont make the same mistake, others share the same as you
I am hear to debate and reason my points, but the left on here constantly avoid, dodge and deflect

Nobody can really get inside the head of a child anyway, but they can perhaps remember how they would have felt as a child if they'd been told that Father Christmas didn't exist.
We never called him "Santa" by the way, and he never wore that Americanised uniform.

No. He just tried to prove he is the best parent in the world.
And knows more about the way kids think, act and respond to parents and other adults.
Which he learned from a book and in a lecture room.

Who cares who is the best or most successful dad.
The point is hundreds of thousands of children have grown up with the Nativity and Father Christmas side by side and very successfully, there aren't thousands of traumatised kids out there, until now at least, most have gently found out its mainly make believe. If we start being ultra honest Disney is in real trouble as are Hans Christian Anderson and the Brothers Grimm.

This is the reason you continuer to act like a child and still refuse to answer a very simple question
Hence again proving what is wrong with the left
The fact is Andy, you are a right little cunt at the best of times, trying to shit stir and frankly I am enjoy making you look an even bigger cunt

Had I made those comments to another poster or a moderator, Lord Foul would without question have banned me.
Which begs the question, is this acceptable language from Dodgy Thor?

And Andy still being a little shit stirrer trying to get posters in trouble
Maybe if you did not constantly lie out of your arse and spoils threads as you did with this one, people would not call you a cunt
So go and have a good cry you pathetic little snowflake
No where is there a rule against swearing and thus you would not have been banned, so stop sulking like a baby

Who made you a moderator?
I know you have always wanted to be one. Perhaps Ben will let you be one one day.

I suggest you look at the rules again
So not claiming to be a mod and again I was offered to be one and turned it down because of fragile lefties like yourself
Knowing you would constantly whinge and moan
Ask Ben yourself, how I turned this down..
Its hilarious you are still sulking
Next time actually engage in the debate and if you do not know something. Which was the case here. Dont start looking to create trouble by lying
Good luck

But you dont do debate , dialogue or discussion. From you only comes monologue and one way diatribe.
Which is why people are bored with you.

Yet more excuses, showing again you cannot look to yourself as the cause
For some reason I have plenty engage in debate with me. Which is odd based on your claim they are bored to do so.
The reality is and again is based around the left can certainly be critical towards others, but cannot take criticism themselves
Frankly people are fed up with the drivel and wetwipe mindset the left has to offer

I don’t understand why these fucktard charity workers thought that was even a good idea. Some things in life are okay, they will always be okay. Some things are fine the way they are.
Children believing in Father Christmas is one of them.
