But it wouldn't have to bland and boring, if we uploaded the minds of real people into the robots it would still be just as dynamic just we could repair/replace body parts easier. And get upgrades

I've lost more than my fair share this last little while, but what would you have, a planet full of people who never died? How would that work. I'm ill, so ever good day I value and enjoy and it's precious. I wouldn't turn myself into a robot to be well all the time. Life is about overcoming things, and finding new good things in the middle of the bad, and it makes them doubly precious.
