It mattered because at first I didnt seey why they were refugees......the matter in sri lanka now being largely settled....but I see they came here in 2008 ...so that explained the question I asked earlier....

It does not matter if they cam yesterday or that they were even they could be tourists

well it would have ...since if they came yesterday they wouldnt be "refugees" as I understand the conflict in sri lanka has by and large been settled (of course I may be wrong on that, and will happily be corrected if it is still ongoing) and "tourists", certainly should pay for their own interpreter (I beleive you can include such in your travel insurance if you deem it necessary as part of the health insurance package??) just as I did in austria...oh and health care in austria is not "bad"...its very good........
