Other ministers have received bungs. The Tory Party have received £3 mill from Putins oligarchs. They have also charged them and Chinese billionaires £1mill each for visas. Now they refuse to stop selling weapons grade nuclear material to Russia. And because Corbyn wants evidence before action, as stipulated in Internation Law, he's the problem? Nope, they are trying to distract from what they are doing to make money, because without it the Tory Party would be broke, they have so few members now.

So nothing illegal, she is a British citizen
More desperation from Sassy
Ms Chernukhin, now a British citizen, is married to former Russian deputy finance minister Vladimir Chernukhin who the family says has fallen out of favour with Mr Putin."
Asked about the donations, Mr Lewis told ITV’s Peston on Sunday said: “All of the donations, first of all, they have to go through due diligence and comply by the law and they are from British citizens.
“As the Prime Minister herself has said there is an issue with what we believe is being done by the Russian State, but it’s not the Russian people and it’s certainly not people who have left Russia and made their home and their life here in Britain.
“They should have the right to take part in British society and that includes politics.”

Not sure why both left and right don’t just admit that most of your politicians are crooked, have been crooked or will be crooked, at some time or another.
