UK Woman Claims She Was Raised by Monkeys

A woman in England who claims she spent years in a Colombian jungle with only monkeys to keep her company has recently released her memoir in which she details her surreal story of survival.
Marina Chapman said she was kidnapped and then abandoned in a Colombian jungle when she was only 4 years old. The woman, who believes she is now in her mid-60s, said she stayed alive by eating the monkeys’ leftover nuts and fruit and mimicking how they acted. Chapman got to the point where she could no longer remember her parents or her own name, she said.

Seems like there should be some old neighbors who could confirm or deny this part ...
