How long is he banned for? It's difficult to know why someone got banned because their posts don't show up in context.

It looks as if he was very abusive to Veya . ThLF banned me for far less.There was probably more.

Abusive or just expressing a view that veya was intolerant of...?

Hope he wasn't banned becuase of any interaction he and I had.

He would be lost without this forum, with all the time he spends on here. Don't want him getting lonely. And there's only so many times in the day you can watch Pornhub.

I like Didge, I actually like his passion and enthusiasm and his absolute convincement that he is always right.....wishy washy he aint, and forums need extremes of characters to make them interesting.

On the other hand, we all need a break from forumworld sometimes, hopefully he has found something interesting to do whilst he has been off the forum. x

You see the problem? It's not the insults, per se, but the loss of the path toward civil debate.

He does sometimes apologise which is more than can be said for someone on here to rants and raves and insults on an almost daily basis.

I was not abusive and was banned by some made up rule, bigotry.

Quinocchio it just winging and moaning as I pulled him up on two threads on the preceding days, which he did not like. I had not been abusive to him, so he is telling porkies and I would admit if I had been. One where he refers to whites as trash and over wanting a baby taken of someone due to their political views. Of which if this had been said Obama or the Clintons, the left would have gone mental. So at no point was I abusive but pulling those on the left for their double standards.

As to bigotry, I could only find one post where I was accused of being a bigot and over nothing I had said. I had been debating on the following thread and had shown, based on the evil baby scenario Zack had presented. That such an all powerful diety would in fact be evil. Zack change tract and made some banter. To which I replied:

"So Zack again evades my points, knowing his scenario made his God evil and the latest one makes zero sense"

Veya's reply to me was as follows:

Not that it matters as i have now put in a formal complaint to Ben to resolve this via email, as this was nothing more than trying to silence me over my views, that Veya could not counter about problems within Islam. That is what it really was about and I had broken no rule. As I say this was more about silencing me for my views.

Its now in Ben's hands and will accept what ever decision he comes to on the matter.

To put into context how I am treated by Veya on my views, is best illustrated by this video.

I am Peter Hitchins, wrongly accused with things not said. Veya is the lady screaming at me and then half way through a lady stands (who I shall call Eddie) and puts Veya in his place. You have to turn the volume up when Eddie speaks.
