iPad help please

Can anyone point me to SIMPLE instructions on how to post a picture or video etc from the iPad. I have clicked on every thing I can see but no joy

See the little box under the 'B' for bold? (Furthest left)
Click that
It asks you to select an image
A box will pop up with the image to select - select the picture
Press "send all" (blue button)
You'll see the picture loading
Press "insert all"
Close down the box under the "B" for bold

Next time press "insert all" once....unless you wanted four of the same pic?
If you have a few pics to post then make sure you select them all from your camera roll and then go from there - exactly the same as posting one.

Now I have managed to post a pic from my iPad, how do I post one from online?

Now I have managed to post a pic from my iPad, how do I post one from online?
Hold your finger on the pic and wait till you see "save photo"
Save it
Then post it the same way.

I can't remember either. She was a poster that never posted and yet never logged out, not once in a whole year. She just sat there all day and night....then I said she was a ghost and you were all scared to be on the forum alone at night with her.
She just drifted, lost and ethereal in cyber-space....was she there?..... wasn't she?......
