Suggestions thread
Hello everyone! Nice to see so many familiar faces here.
I wanted to open this up so that anyone could make suggestions as to how to improve the forums. For example, do you like seeing newest replies first, or are you used to scrolling down to see newer comments?
I'll do what I can to accommodate everyone's suggestions.

For me...
I'd just rather see oldest first. It makes it easier to read threads I haven't been into yet.
And, it's just like what I'm used to on every other site out there.

Re: Suggestions thread
I agree with seeing the oldest post first so that it's not a pain to find your way through a thread you haven't read before.
I'd also like a way to just have the newest story posted show up first rather than having to look at the topics... or does this happen already and I just haven't played around enough?
Also, I really like this:

I'd study the customization options, but I'd rather play
There are actually two links at the top of the page -- one built in, one customized -- that you can hit for recent activity. They're right between "WELCOME TO NEWSFIX" and the first category.

"Click here to view all activity since you last logged in."
"Click here" is a link, but you have to hover over it to figure that out. You'd think it would be a different color or be underlined or something. I'm a bit thick, so it took me awhile to figure it out.
It IS a different color - but just slightly. My eyes didn't notice that until now.

Re: Suggestions thread
I'm having a problem when I try and quote, in the new post I can't get out of the quote to post underneath it.

If you look at the grey bits at the top of the box, the very last icon you see, click that on that, it looks like a sheet of white notepaper, that will put it into edit mode.
We had the same problem elsewhere...

Re: Suggestions thread
If you look at that image above you can see the end-quote tag on the right. Your cursor has to be to the right or underneath that in order to not have your reply come up tagged as a quote. I'll delve into this some more, see what I can figure out ...
