With the fact that the mother and father will be dead long before that child reaches adulthood. That the child will be the carer if they do survive long enough that it can be old enough to support them. They may be wealthy, and just want a carer for their old age. I honestly cannot think why any woman of that age would want to have a baby.

I'm two years younger, the only thing I want to do if I look after a baby is give it back after a few hours, lovely as they are.
