As I said, the EDL is not a banned organisation, so nobody can be stopped from looking at their website or joining them.

They do not have to be banned to be a concern over their extremist views

That is all that matters and it is the same for any looking at such extremist material

There is no harm to have Police question this in case there is a real issue
