Wine Ice Cream Has Finally Arrived!

A family-run dairy farm in New York has just done something that we're surprised hasn’t happened sooner in the US: wine ice cream.
Mercer's Wine Ice Cream
The new wine-infused ice cream by Mercer's is 5% alcohol and comes in a variety of flavors.

Mercer's calls their unique recipe "the ultimate pairing" – we can only imagine this means their ice cream tastes amazing.

I belong to a USA tasting/sample group and filled out the preferred sample selection that I'm expecting any day via FedExpress dry ice package.
Can't wait ~~~ 2 of my faaaavorite things: Ice Cream & Wine. But I've never had them together but I've had numerous chees & wine 'cheese balls' and those are superb snacking on.

Not keen on wine and not keen on ice cream, but I can see the appeal for some.
