Kuwait Airways scraps New York-London flights rather than allow Israelis
US authorities threatened legal action against airline after it would not allow Israeli to buy ticket, citing laws in Kuwait against doing business with Israelis. The US Department of Transportation (DoT) in September sent a letter to the airline warning it to end what it said amounted to discrimination or risk being barred from flying to the US. The DoT confirmed to AFP on Wednesday that state-owned Kuwait Airways had a day earlier informed authorities that it would eliminate the route. Efforts to book a flight with the airline for later this month between the cities produced only an "Error Message."

Re: Kuwait Apartheid Airlines
Oh well, the airline isn't to blame if it's the law in Kuwait, so there's no point the US threatening legal action against them.
Apparently, the airline can refuse to take an Israeli citizen if it's flying between the US and Kuwait.

Its a good thing we did not view or have a law the same on Muslims, they would still be under occupation by Saddam

Yes. It's a strange thing really considering how many people went to the rescue of Kuwait, but the airline is only following the law.
It all seems to hinge on the fact that a third country (the UK in this case) accepts Israeli citizens, so it was illegal to refuse. It's legal in the US for them to refuse to let an Israeli citizen fly from the US to Kuwait. Do they not allow any Israeli citizens into Kuwait?
