Joe Anderson was sent a letter from National Action





Far-right neo-Nazis threatened to cause race riots in Liverpool in a sinister letter to Mayor Joe Anderson.

White supremacist group National Action has threatened that the city “will go up in flames” if a racist march through its streets is banned.

In the letter directly addressed to the Liverpool Mayor, and seen by the ECHO, the group promises violent retribution if their planned ‘White Man March’ next Saturday is not allowed to go ahead.

The hate-filled letter states: “God help you and your Liverpool vision if you interfere with our God given right of public expression and freedom of speech.

“We look forward to a National Action-packed weekend of ethnically-enriched chaos and mayhem. We may even pay you a visit if things are played against us. It’s in your hands.”

The letter ends: “Only Bullets Will Stop Us!”

Much as I cant stand Anderson he must act to stop this

One other musician I've heard who could reach that level of darkness and still keep it really beautiful, and that was Texas' own Willie Nelson on his best song ever:

Regardless -- greatest pop/rock group ever. The premier innovators, who made great dance music and then completely transcended it. I've never heard better, but I really hope someday I do -- that would have to be utterly amazing.

Paint it Black is an excellent track - one of my faves, even though it's a bit morbid. I find the lyrics to be very accurate.

Got to post just one more Willie song, this was the work that taught me the incredible, evocative power of words when I was probably just four years old. The phrase "screamed like a panther" gives me chills to this day

Paint it Black is an excellent track - one of my faves, even though it's a bit morbid. I find the lyrics to be very accurate.

the only "wild" areas are a few bits of derbyshire, the lake district, a few bits of wales and of course some of scotland...but we cant regard that as "ours" now and if the poison dwarf has her way most of that will be inaccessible within a few generations....

anywhere else and i'm affraid you are stuck with such "paths" as the local authority can be arsed to keep open and useable, and most of those are filled with the trash left behind by the grateful visitors...

so its a myth that 97% is "unspoild (and accessible) wilderness.....

The Devil is a great symbol for the bad side of yourself that you're always trying to overcome ... I can't think of a better one, especially in Western culture.

The best Beatles song is 'In my Life. It's a great number with some meaning and the instrumental in the middle with George Martin playing the piano gives that bit extra touch of class.

After a letter threatened Liverpool will "go up in flames" and only "bullets will stop us", it seems Neo-Nazi group National Action needed far less persuading that their White Man March in Liverpool on Saturday wasn't wanted.
Pictures have emerged supposedly showing members of the group sheltering in the lost property depot at Lime Street Station after coming under attack by a "barrage of projectiles". These appeared to be coffee cups and rubbish.
