Pervert banned from every supermarket in UK for masturbating in Sainsbury's meat aisle

A pervert who stunned shoppers when he started MASTURBATING in the aisles of Sainsbury's has been banned from entering Britain's supermarkets - unless he is supervised by an adult.

Horny Eugenio Freitas, 49, went to his local supermarket "fully intending" to go shopping but became overwhelmed by his "excessive sexual drive."

A court heard he was spotted by CCTV operators with his hands in his pocket pleasuring himself through his trousers for 10 MINUTES.

One female member of staff spotted him loitering in the meat aisle but gave him the benefit of the doubt and just assumed he was "adjusting himself."

But other witnesses alerted staff at the store in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, who phoned police to arrest the married dad-of-four.

At Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court yesterday Freitas pleaded guilty to outraging public decency on July 8.

The grandfather-of-one avoided jail and was handed a six-month suspended prison sentence and banned from attending supermarkets for 18 months unless he is accompanied by an adult.

Sentencing Judge Paul Glenn told him: "These sort of offences cause distress and alarm.

"You told your probation officer you have a compulsion for masturbating in public.

"You seem unable to identify and deal with the consequences of what you do."



The court heard the incident put him in breach of a sexual offences prevention order (SOPO) he previously received for exposure – also in a supermarket.

Freitas was placed on the sex offenders' register for seven years in February 2010 following the previous offence.

He fled the country but was arrested on his return, and on October 17 last year was made the subject of an indefinite SOPO.

Freitas, from Knutton, Staffordshire had also been cautioned in 2008 for another incident of indecent exposure.

Defending Hamish Noble said his client has a difficulty with an 'excessive sexual drive.'

Mr Noble said: "He went to Sainsbury's on his own with the intention of shopping but unfortunately he committed these offences while in there.

"His clothing was on. There was no actual exposure as such."

Freitas was also ordered to pay £150 costs and an £80 surcharge.
