Some time ago on TV, microphones were attached to Plants.When the Plants were pulled out of the ground "screaming" was recorded !!!!!

Yes of course you can use "meat" names for vegan products.
You need to use the traditional names people are familiar with.
So long as you put "Vegan" in front of the name, so it does not look as if you are trying to deceive.
As an incentive to get people interested, the vegan versions can be sold slightly cheaper.
After all the raw ingredients (meat substitutes) for vegan foods are a lot cheaper than meat ffs.
