Each to their own but I find I can't eat breakfast.
I dislike cereals and I don't eat toast as it doesn't fill me up (and makes me crave more food due it being high in sugar)
I have a shake - which I guess is my breakfast.
Don't know about anyone else, but if I eat early in the morning I find I eat more all day, whereas a shake for breakfast then a cooked lunch at about 1pm - I'm less hungry for the day.

I used to have "nookie" for breakfast, but I make do with a bowl of cornflakes now.

of course all the wealth, do as you like, get people preparing what ever you want, any amount of trainers to keep you in shape just kinda help but not that much...lol
