My Doctor said I must not eat fried food, I must admit I have a bacon sandwich with two rashers twice a week, and a small fry up once a month.

After reading VOD's post I went so far as the kitchen and got out the frying pan, the Wife caught me just as I put it on the hob. I had two slices of toast!

much commiseration Nicko, no bacon is a sad state of affairs.
I agree with HF's theory, it works for me

I've never liked fried food - I can always taste the fat and it doesn't agree with me either.
I don't mind grilled stuff though.
I'm going to get attacked by vic the meat-eating monster for this, but my favourite breakfast is chorizo flavoured quorn sausages, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, and a three tomato/spinach/red onion salad with balsamic sticky dressing....yum!!!

I usually grill bacon . I am intolerant to quorn even though i really like it . I can't eat a lot of eggs either for some reason they make me feel sick . I'm even intolerant to bananas they have natural latex in them which give me chronic stomach ache and they used to be my favourite fruit .
