It is not making fun, it is showing how utterly stupid it is how people fight over a land based on a myth, where they believe the land is given to them by a God.
That is showing the absurdity of the problem between the two groups of people. You fall into the this group of absurdity wanting one side to be in control of this land, the Palestinians, when both have the right to live there
